The room decor was fabulous. I liked the White Company products available in the bathroom.

I found the room small. There were no spoons available for making tea or coffee. I experienced a faulty outlet which caused two power outages . It was quite irritating.

The room boasted modern design, though I found it impractical. Breakfast also came with a surprise charge. An extra two euros looked on my bill because I didn't book it the day before. I found this policy unwelcoming upon arrival. the reception wasn't consistently staffed, a notable inconvenience.

breakfast was a problem. the coffee machines were not working one morning. i asked for coffee at the bar, and had to remind them three times.. the staff blamed each other and then said there were no clean cups. it was frustrating..

The room was quite small, smaller than i expected. also, the service wasn't great. it was almost impossible to contact the hotel afterwards. I tried calling many times!!!
